The Mindful Parenting Workshop , presented by ICC? Family Connections, is an educational and interactive session designed to help parents better understand themselves and their children. Led by Duaa Haggag , the workshop explores parenting through an Islamic lens while incorporating love languages, real-life case studies, and practical approaches to communication and connection. Participants will learn how to recognize their children’s unique needs, strengthen family relationships, and approach parenting with greater awareness, empathy, and understanding.
