Soul & Stretch is a women-focused wellness event by Meadowvale Islamic Centre that brings together physical movement, social connection, and mental health awareness. The gathering combines Pilates with coffee and a mental health circle to create a welcoming space for young women to relax, connect, and focus on their overall well-being. Designed for participants ages 15–28 , the event takes place on September 20, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Admission is $15 per person, and attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat.
