Sisters’ Hike is a women-focused wellness and community gathering presented by Naseeha Mental Health and Safina Wellness . The event invites participants to step outside their routine and enjoy a guided hike through Rouge National Urban Park, creating space for movement, nature, reflection, and connection. The free event provides an opportunity for participants to spend time outdoors while connecting with other sisters in a supportive community environment. Children are also welcome, making the hike accessible to participants who wish to attend with their children.
