Mommy & Me is a six-week interactive program created for young children ages 0–4 and their parents or caregivers. The sessions provide a welcoming environment where families can participate in circle time, storytelling, free play, and age-appropriate activities while spending meaningful time together. Alongside child-focused activities, the program includes parenting tips and opportunities for families to connect with other members of the community. The sessions run every Tuesday from September 22 through October 27, 2026 , at the Islamic Community Centre of Ontario in Mississauga.
