Chef Nafisa began her journey in 1982 in Karachi, Pakistan, establishing her own catering business at a young age, earning admiration for her precise cooking techniques and dedication to quality. After migrating to Chicago in 1997, she continued to refine her culinary skills, serving as head chef at MCC Academy School for nearly two decades, perfecting traditional recipes and developing innovative dishes. With decades of experience and a passion for sharing authentic cuisine, Chef Nafisa launched OMG Nafisa’s Kitchen to serve diverse communities across Chicago. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, flavorful Indo-Pakistani dishes, crafted with care and rooted in tradition, making every meal a memorable experience for families and food enthusiasts alike.
