Noor Islamic Cultural Center (NICC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit facility owned and operated by the American Islamic Waqf (AIW). Opened in September 2006, NICC was built to serve both the Muslim community and the wider public through religious, educational, and community activities. Governed by an unpaid Board of Directors in accordance with its bylaws, the center promotes Islamic family values, strong moral character, good citizenship, and service to those in need, while fostering partnership and cooperation with people of all backgrounds for the benefit of a healthy society.
