Religious Services
The Islamic Center of Reading (ICORPA) is a long-standing Muslim community institution dedicated to serving the religious and educational needs of Muslims in Berks County. Since 1992, the center has provided a welcoming place for daily worship, Friday prayers, Islamic education, Qur’an learning, children's programs, and community gatherings. In addition to its religious and educational role, ICORPA provides important community services, including Zakat distribution, Janazah and burial assistance, and Nikkah and Walimah ceremonies. The center also aims to serve as a resource for people interested in learning about Islam, encouraging dialogue, cultural exchange, and greater understanding within the wider community.
