Religious Services
Brand Lane Islamic Center (BLIC), also known as Masjid As-Sabireen, is a community-focused Islamic center serving Muslims in Stafford and the surrounding Houston-area communities. Its development from a small weekend school and prayer hall into a larger Islamic campus reflects its role in providing worship, Islamic education, community gatherings, and religious services. The center offers daily prayer and Jumu'ah services along with educational programs, marriage and funeral services, Zakat and Sadaqah support, and outreach initiatives. BLIC also provides facilities for sports, recreation, community activities, and educational programs, including soccer, cricket, basketball, volleyball, and athletics. Its outreach and interfaith activities, volunteer opportunities, special-needs initiatives, and community services contribute to a broad range of religious, educational, and social activities for the local Muslim community.
